Class Schedule

Class times are:

Monday - Thursday : 6:30 AM, 7:45 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM, 7:45 AM, 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM

Each group fitness class offers a full body workout. The format changes each day. Kula is a certified AMPD Strong gym which uses unique group fitness training tools like kettlebell, resistance bands and barbells along with purposeful movements and great music to create classes that are fun, challenging and accessible to all fitness levels.
